Summary

Posted: Oct 18, 2019 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200113297 The Marcom Project Manager needs to work cross-functionally and supports all projects managed by Marcom. Duties include developing internal traffic systems, creating/coordinating schedules, tracking projects’ progress, and routing work for review/approval. The Marcom Project Manager will report to the Operations Manager while working very closely with Functional Producers, Brand Managers, the Creative Team and Content/BA Teams in Marcom.

  • 5+ years solid experience required.
  • Ideally this person would have an advertising agency background and may have worked on global brands across all mediums including print, interactive, retail & channel.

Description Creative development – total workflow must be understood/managed i.e. internal Briefing, Briefing to vendors/studios, handling key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery, etc. Building and optimizing systematic management of projects. Clear understanding of Roles and Responsibilities – who does what in which order. Priority coordination/implementation according to the priorities set by Brand Managers, Functional Producers and Ops Manager. Frequent/intensive communication and negotiation with different stakeholders i.e. Functional Producers, Creative Team and 3rd party outside support. Leveraging the existing tools to reflect the latest information or developments into project management. Holistic project and time management in smooth and orderly way. Understanding of how to deliver quality creative. Understanding of importance of attention to details. Fast paced, demanding creative and production environment. Working with global players in an international setting. Consolidate information from each Function and project quarterly workload in order to identify incremental resource requirements. Seek and own the latest status of each Functional/Brand Manager’s project and handle weekly and daily traffic. Facilitate Creative Reviews held twice a week. Update job requests to CDs at a bi-daily pace. Support Functional Producer in project management of Korea original creative development projects. Obtain PDFs of all work produced (at the close of a project) and upload to WW PDF Library working closely with Marcom Digital Asset Manager. Optimize workflows by working with Operations Manager to improve efficiency and quality.
