Together, we can help people build stronger communities — we're just getting started. We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in Miami, the CSM will be part of Italian team, which provides marketing solutions to a range of LATAM based multi-channel and online regional advertisers. The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in Miami. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship Management acting as a Marketing Solutions Expert
- In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
- Able to present in front of C-Level representatives at key clients
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams
- Ability to work cross-regionally and cross-culturally
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
- Platform and Product Expertise (technical expertise and interest in how products work in the backend)
- Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business
- Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback
- Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement (experimental design and statistics)
- Provide and oversee Facebook marketing strategy, align with client's key business objectives
- Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations)
- Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real time targeting recommendations)
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Create business plans for developing new strategies and business opportunities for growth, such as exploring new sources of revenue
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ad tech and analytical expertise
- Demonstrated experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support
- Experience working directly with marketing, media, agencies and/or consulting companies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives
- Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels
- Project management experience, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention-to-detail
- Experience providing insights and campaign optimizations/recommendations to build a trustworthy partnership
- Demonstrated experience building working relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience leading and managing initiatives with support from team/manager
- Experience supporting the execution of account growth strategy and action plans as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights
- Communication skills with the experience articulating solutions
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
- Experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
- Experience in LATAM market
- Experience in eCommerce or related field
- Background in CPG, Retail, Beauty, Travel and Luxury
