About the role:
As our Sr. Business Systems Analyst, and a key part of our Revenue Operations team, you will support the business through management of the technologies used by our customer-facing teams. You will influence and define our system infrastructure.
You have demonstrated your ability to build and use best practices, think creatively to solve problems, and working closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to deliver high-impact and complex projects. In this role, you are responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements, designing effective solutions, and delivering those solutions through the configuration of multiple technologies. Salesforce is a core part of our tech stack and we are looking for a Salesforce expert who is also eager to learn other tools.
Responsibilities include:
- Work cross-functionally with other RevOps teams/functions to ensure a smooth process for our global Go-To-Market teams and other stakeholders; overseeing an org with over 400+ users
- Understand business requirements and needs to advise/recommend/propose technical solutions and designs
- Translate business requirements to technical requirements creating scalable solutions based on your knowledge of best practices; design, build, test, and deploy solutions and designs including post-deploy support
- Configure Salesforce and other tools in our technology stack to satisfy business requirements (workflows, reports/dashboards, custom apps and objects)
- Administer and troubleshoot integrations with other tools/platforms, such as Marketo, Outreach, Zendesk, and the NextRoll product
- Work closely with Salesforce Engineers to deliver complex solutions
- Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, Sales Cloud preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (201)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Experience with tools like Tray.io and Segment are a plus
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements as well as prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently and use good judgment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others and display diplomatic and strong communication skills with colleagues and client partners
