Manager, Associate Relations Team - Atlanta GA

Responsible for leading a team of associate relations consultants who manage simple to complex associate relations issues including but not limited to:

• Corrective actions, conflict cases, investigations involving harassment, retaliation, or discrimination claims, coaching, performance management, and/or other associate relations policy questions.
• Provides leadership, advice, guidance, coaching, and training to the team; champions the career development of team members; manages escalated cases and facilitates triage intake to ensure timely and effective case management.
• Collaborates with human resource business partners to drive integrated human resource support to the business and partners with legal team to address compliance or legal issues.

Qualifications

Requires

• BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of human resources experience;or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Possesses strong communication and active listening skills
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring peers
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong Analytical skills (Ability to extract data)

Preferred

• Experience in employee relations and performing investigations preferred
• HR Business Partner experience preferred
• HR designation strongly preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
• Experience managing direct reports
• Microsoft Office (Power Point)
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Experience with Tableau
