R&A EMEA Finance Analyst
Location: PragueContract: full time, permanent contract
R&A (Reporting and Analytics) EMEA Finance analyst is responsible for supporting primarily GS EMEA Finance organization in running efficient operations through providing useful data, KPIs and leading their efficient review process.
R&A EMEA Finance analyst prepares data for the quarterly and monthly review as well as ESP deployments hypercare stabilization. The analyst is responsible for planning and preparing the review, running the data flows, preparing reports and dashboards and leading the reviews themselves including follow ups as needed. The analyst also works on automation of the reporting flows using tools such as Alteryx and others. R&A EMEA Finance analyst is dotted line reporting to GS Finance organization providing further insights and guidance connected with GS Finance processes.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Manipulates data, runs data flows and prepares Quarterly and Monthly business reviews as well as ESP deployment hypercare reports
- Areas of responsibility are: EMEA GS Finance A2R and I2C
- Works on further automation of the data flows using tools such as Alteryx and others, cooperates closely with Data Integrity team on this
- Plans and leads Quarterly and Monthly business review including follow ups as needed (such as supporting root cause analysis, obtaining supporting explanations etc.), keeps track of follow up actions, escalates those as needed
- Works with ESP deployment teams in preparing ESP hypercare reporting and delivers those including data and reports preparation
- Documents data flows and knowledge related to assigned activities
- Is subject matter expert related to Finance KPIs and is able to provide explanation of those within R&A and outside, maps use and overlap of Finance related KPIs
- Connects with other R&A regional HR analysts in sharing best practice (especially sharing new way of running review process piloted in EMEA)
- Trains regional contacts in Wave tool use
- Is key focal point for Finance GS EMEA team - works with deliver teams in understanding and recording their reporting needs, in closely connected with delivery teams to help with their reporting needs, facilitation and their process enhancements (prioritizes these with help of the EMEA R&A lead)
- Key Subject Matter Expert within assigned area providing input and support within R&A and also outside

- Passion for improvements such as automation and new reporting tools
- Ability to frame problem, share those clearly and suggest solution, work in cooperation with others to resolve those
- Ability to plan ahead (using basic tools such as MS Project) and work independently, ability to prioritize
- Customer focus – ability to understand customers, be able to record needs and prioritize based on capacity planning, active maintenance of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly, prepare and facilitate efficient meetings on 1:1 basis as well as with up to 10 participants up to Vice President level
- Excellent level of English
- Knowledge of SAP, Blackline, BRAVO
- Demonstrates strong work ethic, respect and cultural sensitivity and awareness.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
