The Global Function units at Citi include Audit & Risk Review, Compliance, Control & Emerging Risk, AML, Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS), Finance, Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations, Global Public Affairs, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Global Community Development and Microfinance. These functions provide critical support to the Citi business units. Overview

The CSIS Technology Management group located in Tampa, Florida provides advanced technical support and is responsible for the evolving technology needs of CSIS, including performing software and hardware support, technology research, planning and implementation. The ability to operate the technology at an expert level and extend that expertise to providing a concise means for the business to quickly make decisions based on real-time information that is critical to the organization. The Regional Technology Specialist is a key member of this team, and the CSIS CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Council, being the conduit to the region. This will involve implementing the global program initiatives and guiding the regional technology initiatives to completion.

Primary:

• • Ability to blend diverse technology components into a comprehensive solutions framework;
  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact, (POC), for the region in working with the global team, providing governance and oversight for technology operations;
  • Work with stakeholders to develop technology requests for submission to the CTO Council;
  • Perform select technical project tasks and conduct BAU, "Business as Usual" operations and functions. These include entitlements work within CSIS applications, daily issue troubleshooting for same;
  • Create application feeds and scripts to perform daily functions and activate data cleansing procedures within the system;
  • Interrogate and extract meaningful data from company databases and data warehouses for analysis;
  • Produce written and visual representation of analytical methodology and data findings in a clear and concise way, which is appropriate and relevant to the target audience.
  • Review and assist with all physical security technology on new construction projects within the region.
  • Review and assist with design of all physical security hardware on new and existing facilities within the region.
  • Other task as assigned by management

Qualifications

Must be proficient in T-SQL and PL/SQL coding; Familiar with MS Project; Previous experience with multiple of the following technologies is critical –

• • Microsoft SharePoint management and development;
  • CCTV solutions, including, Verint Nextiva/Edge, Honeywell Maxpro, Hanwha Techwin, IP cameras;
  • Access Control solutions, including, Honeywell Pro-Watch and LobbyWorks;
  • Biometric readers, including, iris, face, voice, gait, finger and hand;
  • Various scripting and development languages like Java, VB.net, HTML5, C#, Python, or Java Scripting.

Education & Work Experience:

• • Minimum bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or the equivalent work experience;
  • Proven work history of four years with the listed technical qualifications;
  • Certifications in the listed qualifications desired, but not required; Additional certifications or experience in Project Management strongly desired;
  • Written and Verbal skills in English and additional secondary languages strongly desired;
  • Experience in working in an International Team environment desired;
  • Industry familiarity in Banking, Risk Management or Compliance desired.
