Project Manager, Shared Tech

Our CoverMyMeds team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of all projects within our Shared Tech business unit. In this role, you will deliver scalable solutions by coordinating work and communication between CoverMyMeds business units and our Core Infrastructure team, our Security Operations team and our Platform Operations team.

What you'll do:

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.

• Coordinate work and communication between Shared Tech teams and other business units.
• Accountability for and ownership of projects to achieve goals, including working with project technical owners to define and deliver solutions against timelines and scope.
• Lead and actively participate in discussions around project workflows and solutions.
• Lead the team through issues and roadblocks while anticipating and managing project risks.

About You:

• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment; able to balance multiple projects at once, iterate quickly and adapt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and deadline driven with excellent time-management, scoping and prioritization skills.
• Proven record of success and accountability for seeing projects from start to completion.
• Relevant technical experience is a plus.
