We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to partner with our growing Engineering teams and hire the individuals who will shape our product and company. The Technical Recruiter will work on:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and goals
• Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
• Create and implement strategies to build pipelines across Samsara’s Engineering teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media
• Identify new ways to build awareness of Samsara in new hiring markets
• Focus on inclusive recruiting practices
• Track pipeline data and maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse (ATS) and other recruiting tools
• Championing, role modeling, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices

An ideal candidate would have:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Proven strategic sourcer and closer
• Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
• Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally
• Target driven, detail oriented, approachable and able to bring up others around you
• Previous startup experience preferred, and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
