Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement CRM campaigns that support the company’s strategic direction and objectives. You are also involved with the implementation of always-on, ratings and review, customer acquisition, loyalty and retention programmes, along with tactical campaign led initiatives across our HealthTech B2B and B2C business.

You are responsible for

  • Planning and delivering (email) CRM campaigns and initiatives, according to the company's strategic direction, building long term retention and loyalty with our consumer database.
  • Identifying and developing new and innovative CRM campaigns across the business to support business objectives, working with numerous stakeholders, reporting and delivering clear ROI
  • Working in partnership with the Philips Direct Online team to activate direct to consumer CRM campaigns
  • Supporting the local implementation of the ratings and reviews and registration platforms, ensuring best in class consumer experience
  • Taking local ownership of consumer data, ensuring the compliance of corporate policies, procedures and data privacy
  • Maximising data-mining and carrying out segmentation analysis in order to identify and implement the right programmes, at the right time, to the right consumers in order to optimise engagement, retention and ROI
  • Generating and compiling CRM reports and measuring results of all CRM initiatives to ensure effectiveness, working to drive a test and learn culture to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing vendors and working closely with all internal functions to ensure effective CRM communications
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring the corporate identity and brand behaviours are correctly presented in all activities
  • Taking on additional internal or external project responsibilities when requested

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • A proven track record in CRM, loyalty marketing or database marketing
  • DMP, Photoshop and Adobe Analytics experience advantageous but not essential
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights
  • Pro-active, team player and results-oriented
  • Specific importance on attention to detail, organisation & communication.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills; ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts and work successfully with a variety of personalities and across geographies
  • Budget management and ability to prioritise based on expected results
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in a large organisation

A Base Salary around £30,000. Base Salary is one element of the overall Total Reward Package at Philips therefore the actual annual compensation is competitive and depends on skills and performance. A TA Consultant will be able to outline further the benefits of a career at Philips.
