Associate manager-HEMA

Job Description

- Working closely with all HEMA team members to identify key business challenges then to propose HEMA solution (especially economic data/evidence) to help addressing access hurdles;
- As a key team member led by senior people for working in HEMA health economic model development, design, planning and delivery of related projects to agreed timelines, quality and budget, using appropriate data, analytical expertise, and rigorous methodology;
- Influence cross functional internal stakeholders and multi-disciplinary matrix functions to incubate collaboration;
- Completed assigned tasks from team leader.
Qualifications
- Master degree (or above) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Economic or related scientific discipline, etc.;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience in Health economics or outcomes research at a pharmaceutical/Medical device company, specialized consultancy, research institute or similar;
- Thorough understanding of the purpose and need for Health Economics with a proven track record of successful execution of projects;
- Experience of operating and interacting in cross-functional environment;
- Experience in managing vendor relationships;
- Experience in HTA submission and in-hands Health Economic modelling (is plus);
- Strong collaboration skills;
- Scientific thinking, curiosity, willingness to go into details and challenge status quo;
- Customer-centric approach, being able to understand customer needs and deliver value adding outcomes with high quality, on time and in a resource efficient manner;
- Proactivity proposing creative, practical and scientifically solid solutions for complex problems ;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into relevant and compelling information for internal and external customers.
