Job Description
Shared Services Data Consultant Cincinnati, OH Job Summary This position will work with our clients to provide consultative input on the transition of HR data from their prior provider system into the Paycor system. Their primary focus is guiding Paycor clients through the data gathering and uploading process while also providing support to internal teams through the handling of data manipulation and imports. This position will also work with internal teams to analyze, design, enhance, recommend and develop timely data integration solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Client HR Data Integration into Paycor systems, including:
- Consulting with clients to discuss best method of obtaining necessary data and transferring data to the Paycor HR software. Process involves client interaction and communication.
- System configuration for Paycor’s HR software platform
- Assist in the Renumber data integration process between one Paycor client and another in BenAdvisor & BenAdvisor Pro
- Conversions, imports and quality audits of HR employee and benefit data
- Troubleshooting of Set-up issues as needed
- Continue to improve system knowledge through collaboration with technical support
- Work with managers to continually improve process, including regular meetings to solicit feedback and assess performance
- Advise management of product development issues arising from problems identified through data integration and conversion efforts
- Maintain work environment that is energized, consistently demonstrate Paycor service commitment
- Record and maintain account status in Paycor’s project management software
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - High School graduate or equivalent required; post high school education preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel proficiency required
- Possess strong organization and time management skills, must be able to multi-task
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- High technical aptitude; ability to adapt to frequent system and tool updates
- Client Service experience, preferably business to business
- Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- At least one year of prior implementation, payroll or benefit experience preferred
