We are seeking talents for our Interlomas’ General Offices for the position of: Distribution Center Startup - Operations Leader. Managerial full-time position. Start date: as soon as possible. Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours. Profile: Strong understanding of Mexico Supply Network Organization and work processes. Role Responsibilities • Guarantee the startup of a Distribution center putting in place all process and controls required, providing perspective about local operation / process / specifics. • Represent Consumer Health Distribution Center in the Physical Distribution network. • Accountable as contributor for the design and execution of Physical Distribution tasks • Influence and coordinate local resources (Key User, others) to execute tasks as per Critical Path Schedule (time line project) • After startup work, the resource will be accountable for leadership to the Distribution Center operations focused in Physical Health Care currently managed and operated by Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers. • Focus areas of work are:Contract management, Compliance, risk management and operational/financial performance. Examples of Key deliverables: 1. Contract management: ensure contract is reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed. 2. Compliance and risk management: ensure the 3rd party follows applicable laws and policies, and emerging risks are addressed actively. Drives internal control program, yearly self-assessment, and audits. 3. Operational performance: ensure processes are in place to deliver safety, cost, customer quality, service, inventory accuracy, quality assurance, internal controls, and regulatory). • Ensure reliable and efficient collaboration with partner organizations. • Coordinate product flow between P&G plants, TEVA, Third Party Logistics. • Financial performance: ensure accurately payments process as well as accountability for owning the operational budget delivering Transportation & Warehouse (T&W) goals. • Responsible of leading a program for continual improvement of their operations to ensure agility to meet the changing needs of the business. Qualifications
Qualifications:• Mexican citizenship and eligible to work in Mexico City• With 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).• Basic understanding of SAP.• Strong knowledge about local Physical Distribution: organization, process, system, countries specifics• Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.• Strong analytical and communications skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the company).• Ability to handle multiple priorities.• Operates with Discipline: Ability to build and maintain strong internal controls, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements in line with company stewardshipPlease JOIN US by submitting your application below!
