DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
- To provide customer operator & application training after instrument installation
- To provide assay introduction for customer
- To provide high quality technical support to Beckman Coulter users and achieve customer satisfaction
- To work with sales team to achieve business target in the regional area
- To assist sales and other LSS to do product promotion
- To provide value added service to improve customer retention
- To provide product & technical support in company business affairs such as seminar and exhibition
- To keep continuously communication with customers to know customer’s requirement
- To work with technical engineer to give lab solutions to customer
- Deliver work report in time
Job Requirements QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
• Bachelor degree or above of related education background is preferred
• Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Two years working experience.
• Being experienced in the Diagnostics industry is preferred.
