Engineering Manager, Operations Platform

Job Description

Lime is a world-wide smart-mobility leading provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. As an Engineering Manager, you will attract, build and lead a world-class team of engineers. You will take charge of the end to end product development process for our Operations Platform. The Operations Platform builds tools and products to enable local teams to operate our fleet at scale worldwide. You’ll have the rare chance to build a program and product from the ground up that has an immense impact on Lime’s mission to expand micro-mobility at a large scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead, recruit and develop a team of developers building best-in-class systems, tools and products.
• Cultivate a winning and inclusive team culture
• Provide strong technical leadership, drive engineering best practices and ensure smooth execution
• Partner with diverse teams from across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities for the Operation Platform

About You

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience developing consumer software, including 2+ years technical and people leadership
• Track record of developing high performing teams, experience leading managers preferred
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
