Within our Core Nielsen team


Client Service Executive: You will make a difference by answering to clients’ questions on Nielsen studies that will enable clients to grow in the FMCG market! Your job will contain 3 main parts: the daily contact with retailer and manufacturer clients to help them regarding the use of Nielsen data, data analysis, software & tools support; the reporting on market trends via presentation and help to the clients on understanding them; and the setup of general trends in client presentations to support the Analytics & Sales team. You work with our +200 clients, manufacturers and retailers.
Analytical Consultant: Our consultant partner with our clients using data to explain what happened in the FMCG industry/category and what they should do next to improve business performance. They build long term relationships with their client portfolio, understanding their needs and business strategy. They help their clients growing their business performance by delivering general trends presentations and providing actionable recommendations.


Within our Brandbank division, specialized in retail E-commerce
Brandbank is one of the world’s largest providers of trusted digital product content for ecommerce sites, mobile shopping apps and virtual merchandising applications. With 20 years’ experience in ecommerce content, Brandbank helps its clients to maximize the impact of online products for the FMCG retailers and manufacturers


Customer Experience: As Customer Experience Executive, you work together with the responsible Account Manager on your portfolio of Supplier Accounts. You maintain contact with customers and internal departments to monitor and increase customer satisfaction. You also work together with the Account Manager to increase the Sales opportunities and solve any issue that could affect the client’s satisfaction.

Our new collaborator will:

  • Have a bachelor or master degree (Business, Economy, Marketing, or related field)
  • Have a minimum knowledge or curiosity/interest of market research/market data and/or consumer goods industry; experience of 1-3 years can be an asset
  • Be fluent in Dutch and/or French. The level will depend on our needs when the job is opened
  • Be fluent in Business English


An ideal candidate will also have:

  • Time management & prioritization skills
  • Good at relation-building and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and build good working relationships

Benefits. We offer a contract for an undetermined period.
