SALES TEAM RECRUITMENT POOL


Within our Core Nielsen team
You will take contact with potential prospects, visiting all your clients and negotiate data access and consultative analyses to help them better understand their market and drive their growth. As part of our Sales team, you will start by familiarizing yourself with our products and services, our tools and your client portfolio.


Sales Consultant: You will use your knowledge and appreciation of FMCG products, categories and Nielsen services to build and maintain long term relationships. You will listen to, discover, understand and challenge your client’s needs. You will identify sales opportunities and leverage Nielsen’s value proposition to help your clients grow.
New Business Developer: The New Business Development (NBD) team is focused on accelerating our business growth. The team concentrates its efforts to generate short-cycle revenue opportunities for small and medium clients and to grow existing ad-hoc clients. You’ll be responsible for the right delivery of data study you sold and present market trends in their category.


Within our Brandbank division, specialized in retail E-commerce
Brandbank is one of the world’s largest providers of trusted digital product content for ecommerce sites, mobile shopping apps and virtual merchandising applications. With 20 years’ experience in ecommerce content, Brandbank helps its clients to maximize the impact of online products for the FMCG retailers and manufacturers


Key Account/National Account Manager: As Key Account Manager, your role will be dual: you will manage, maintain and ensure strong commercial relationships with existing clients (manufacturers or retailers) and you will develop the business by searching, approaching and negotiating with new clients. The Key Account Manager is focusing the attention on our manufacturers clients while the National Account Manager is taking care of our Retailers.

Our new collaborator will:

  • Have a university degree (Business, Economy, Marketing, or related field)
  • Have an experience of 0-2 years in the FMCG industry or in a New Business/Sales/Key Account
  • Have a minimum knowledge or curiosity/interest of market research/market data and/or consumer goods industry
  • Be fluent in Dutch and French
  • Be fluent in Business English


An ideal candidate will also have:

  • B2B sales experience and an ability to prioritize client visits based on sales potential
  • Experience in contracts negotiation
  • Good at relation-building and demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Skillful in driving client interest and new business through creative proposal
  • Good organizational skills
