DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role providing exceptional candidate experience to all candidates who express interest in job opportunities with Danaher. This is a fast-paced environment.
You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, recruitment, recruitment support and participate in various projects to continuously help improve the talent acquisition process.
Major Responsibilities
• Create and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
o Correspond with candidates and managers to coordinate and schedule interview dates and times for phone interviews, Skype interviews and in-person interviews
o Create interview schedules, send interview confirmations, and arrange logistics for interviews
o Arrange candidate travel, accommodations and transportation and provide directions, interview schedules and itineraries
o Create and submit candidate travel expenses for reimbursement
o Assist in creating, preparing and routing offer letters, relocation forms for approval
o Initiate & Review background and drug test investigations
o Accurately and timely update candidate workflow in Taleo (Applicant Tracking System)
o Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on status via phone and email
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Create and distribute interview packets to interviewing teams
• Create requisitions and job postings in Taleo ATS accurately and within timeframe(s) and route for proper approvals
• Support Talent Acquisition team as liaison between candidates, HR and hiring managers
Reporting/Other
• Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting
• Manage various surveys and survey data
• Participate in other duties and projects to improve processes and efficiency within Talent Acquisition
Job Requirements Qualifications• 2-3+ years’ Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience• 1+ years’ experience in corporate HR Recruiting role• 1+ years’ experience utilizing applicant tracking software (Taleo preferred)• Polished and professional demeanor and communication style to provide superior candidate experience and customer service with a focus on tact, diplomacy and sensitivity• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint• Must have strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written with a variety of audiences• Adhere to highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality
