POSITION SUMMARY: Lead the Regional Field Application Specialists Team (FAS) with the following responsibilities: Plan, Develop, and Monitor Field Application Specialists activities for the defined region.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coach and lead the FAS team to train and support Customers
• Develop Team members and Identify training needs for the Regional FAS team
• Oversee the FAS Regional activities by ensuring indicators are monitored to evaluate team performance.
• Coordinate and improve Support to our customers with settled established communication with the Customer Care group and other relevant stockholders.
• Support in the development or update of FAS Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop key relationships with regional FAS teams and European FAS Manager to ensure alignment on key priorities, best practice sharing and achievement of operational goals.
• Contribute to assigned Cross functional projects (Audits/ Training Documentation revision/ other..).
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
• Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
• Ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.
Job Requirements Qualifications- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
• High school degree with 8+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
Knowledge and skills:
• 5+ years medical and/or technical experience in hospital, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets.
• Operates with transparency and humility
• Acts as a role model for high ethical standards and code of conduct
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working in multicultural environment and matrix structure
• Must be able to manage project scope, and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Negotiating skills and a well-developed cost and quality awareness.
• Adept at building and maintain relationships with customers
Physical requirements/abilities:
• Travel minimum 75% –regional and some international travel is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 16 kg.
• Must be able to stand for several hours.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Language; English fluent. Another additional language is a must.
