DescriptionThis position is a key member of Pall Water’s global marketing team. The EMEA Managing Manager will be responsible for defining and executing effective promotional programs, initiatives and campaigns to drive commercial growth for the EMEA business for Pall Water. The position will require cross functional interaction with sales, R&D, marketing communications, supply chain, and operations to meet growth objectives. This position will also be responsible for publishing media content across multiple channels & languages in EMEA and will be accountable to marketing lead generations and demand creation initiative. The position can be operated from Danaher offices in Germany or France
Essential Functions: - Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis for the EMEA Market Conducting market research and Voice of the Customer (VOC) in order to gain insight in area where Pall Water can address customer needs.
- Perform due diligence for potential partners in the EMEA region.
- Lead cross functionally to identify customer pain-points, develop user needs and solve customer problems.
- Developing and executing a Product Roadmap that defines future products, innovation, and technology needs.
- Developing models that evaluate existing & future products and/or technology from a financial perspective to support strategic decisions.
- Supporting the development of demand creation strategies, including campaigns promoting all product family.
- Developing and maintaining clear and compelling digital product assets (brochures, case studies, data sheets, product presentations) and associated web content for EMEA.
- Working with global and regional sales & service leaders to establish training for products.
- Tracking commercial performance by region (Booking & revenue from campaigns, MQL’s & win rate) and recommending actions to improve product performance.

Job Requirements Qualifications- BS or BA in Engineering or the Sciences required
- MBA or equivalent highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of related Product Management or Marketing experience
- Experience in marketing solutions related to water treatment, including RO and MF/UF technologies, is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will be fully fluent in English and German with some basic conversational fluency in French.
- Demonstrated skill at leading a global cross-discipline team
- Ability to present highly complex, technical, or difficult messages clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as required
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize clearly and manage finite resources
- Travel requirement of 30%
