• Performing hedging forecasting and coordination activities for WHQ, ITSS etc. This includes, but is not limited, to reviewing hedge contracts related to Intercompany Sales and Inventory purchases and Other Inflows and Other Outflows with relevant business partners, operate in accordance with WWP.
• Partner closely with business partner in accordance with compliance requirements for hedge execution.
• Coordinate quarterly CFO/Director level attestation reviews and obtain sign-off.
• This role also plays a key part in the quarterly close of MRC 1410 (WHQ), including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of OI&E & financing activities forecast and actuals process within Corporate P&L. Create executive summaries.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of General Administration activities actuals processes.
• Ensure risks or opportunities are highlighted in a timely manner with necessary updates with key business drivers.
• The analyst will also be responsible for driving continuous improvements in GS processes and deliver results timely and compliantly.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or other related field.
• An MBA, CPA or CMA certificate is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of finance or related business experience is required.
• Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• SAP experience is also preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams.
• Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to recommend process improvements.
• This position may require up to 10% travel to New Brunswick.
