Marketing Manager Global Strategic Marketing
Sterile Tube is a new best-in-class sterile screw packaging, designed to help optimize workflow efficiency in hospitals and elevating the standard of care. Join our team to help shape the Global Strategy for this new innovative platform!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and executing impactful worldwide launch of Sterile Tubes. Specific responsibilities include the development of brand strategy, marketing materials for all key stakeholders (salesforce, surgeons and nurses, hospitals, patients, payers, etc.), price strategy, promotional plan, product forecasting, inventory roll‐out plan, sales tools, etc.
- Manage the initiation, development and market launch of new and existing product line
- Develop and execute strategies to establish a leadership position in the worldwide sterile Trauma market
- Achieve worldwide business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, inventory and price on an annual basis
- Partner closely with Regional Marketing and Sales Teams to gather input on customer needs and ensure strong alignment with product and company strategy
- Assure information exchange and alignment with various functional partners including Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory
- Use strong understanding of product development process and functional areas (quality,regulatory, etc.) to ensure on‐time launches
- Actively manage product portfolio through the whole life cycle
- Come up with specific project proposals
- Perform other special projects and functions as assigned by the manager
Qualifications- University BS/BA or equivalent required (Master or MBA would be a plus)
- 2-3 years of business experience in Marketing, Sales & Sales Management, or Medical Device Engineering is required
- Solid understanding of market planning and development, forecasting, financial analysis/budgeting and overall marketing management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required
- Must have ability to work in a hand’s –on, fast paced, customer focused environment
- Should have a track record of career advancement and exceeding expectations
- Knowledge and experience with new product development and introduction processes
- Interpersonal skills/ characteristics: Organizational skills, Initiative, Ability to collaborate and partner with other functional groups, Ability to work under pressure, Global business perspective, Strong customer focus
- Fluent English speaking is required
- Travel requirement can be approximately up to 25%
