SugarCRM is looking for a part time APAC Marketing Specialist to own the APAC planning, execution and measurement of integrated marketing programs to achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals for the company. We’re looking for a driven and analytics-focused professional who is passionate about developing and executing effective B2B marketing campaigns that will generate qualified leads and help fuel our sales pipeline to support our business growth goals.

You will interact directly with the channel partners and support pre-sales efforts by designing and executing high-impact demand generation programs. You also will work closely with the global marketing team to translate global company and campaign-level objectives into actionable APAC-based marketing programs to drive pipeline growth in both direct/indirect channels.

Reporting to VP of Global Revenue Marketing, you will work in Sydney, Australia.

Impact you will make in the role:

  • Manage the execution of lead generation marketing programs through a variety of channels, including email nurture campaigns, content marketing, webinars, PPC, social, targeting, display advertising, direct marketing, events, partner marketing and account-based marketing to drive a sufficient volume of leads into the top of the sales funnel.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, website marketing, webinars, customer marketing, partner marketing and events.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact (ROI) of lead generation activities.
  • Optimize media buys, negotiate rates, and determine which ones deliver the best ROI.
  • Own management, program setup, and performance analysis for third-party lead generation vendors.
  • Work closely with the global web and content marketing teams to optimize organic web lead conversions and analyze visitor funnel to drive conversions.
  • Manage and communicate lead generation project timelines to all affected marketing groups, ensuring that all lead generation activities are executed on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, leadership and the global marketing team to develop and drive new lead generation programs.

Expertise you will bring in:

  • At least 2 years of experience running demand generation campaigns, preferably in B2B, ideally in a SaaS or technology-related market.
  • Proven experience partnering with sales to drive pipeline and business growth.
  • Expertise across spectrum of demand generation techniques (PPC, SEO, website, webcasts, content marketing, inbound marketing, social media marketing, etc).
  • Analytically-inclined with a focus on execution, measurement and business results orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to the details.
  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Self-motivated, confident, flexible and energetic with strong analytical skills.
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
