We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist who understands the art and science of creating moments that provide exceptional employee experiences while achieving key company outcomes and bringing our values to life.

We are looking for someone who can build, enhance, and evolve a healthy, vibrant employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will love this role if working and building cross-functionally energizes you and if you naturally see employees as both customers and partners in creating a workplace that is as satisfying as it is productive. This role will provide incredible variety and enable you to work strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and execute with partners from across the organization. This role will have a global scope working with leaders and teams across many sites. The role requires significant experience working across cultures

Impact you will make in the role:

  • Identify and refine key moments in the employee lifecycle with significant impact on their experience from onboarding to offboarding including:
    • Re-envisioning and delivering new hire orientation and new hire onboarding
    • Provide a cohesive structure that allows for a seamless transition from corporate onboarding to functional onboarding
    • Conducting exit interview and reporting on turnover data
    • Developing, administering and reporting on employee surveys driving participation, analyzing data and trends, and developing and sharing the story it tells
    • Supporting social committee events, budgeting, and marketing
    • Developing internal communication and engagement strategies including company newsletter, all hands slides, and recommending engagement strategies
  • Ensure all employee focused experiences and program activations align with our culture and brand
  • Shape programs and processes to consider the employee voice from inception through to evaluation
  • Design employee experiences and programs to share a corporate objective while providing flexibility or tailoring for our global offices
  • Manage a variety of projects through scoping, plan development, milestone tracking, risk assessment, mitigation identification, and stakeholder analysis/expectation management
  • Create an evaluation strategy that addresses how we will measure the success of projects
  • Reenvision peer/value recognition programs and create a strategy to drive the right behaviors, celebrate our best and our brightest, and enhance engagement
  • Select, manage, and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources

Expertise you will bring in:

  • 4-6 years of HR experience with an emphasis in program management or employee experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Business or equivalent
  • A passion for creating an amazing employee experience vision, and the skills to make it a reality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to think creatively and build fresh employee experiences
  • Research and network to bring best practices and innovative approaches to the team
  • Familiarity with recognition, motivation, and project management models and tools
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done – no matter how small the task
