Lambda School is a combination of a school and an investment fund. Lambda School's mission is to find untapped or underutilized talent, and to train that talent for the most in-demand jobs in the world. Lambda School is pioneering a new model of higher education in which the school invests in the students, instead of the other way around. Lambda has just successfully completed its Series B fundraising round with premier tier venture investors. We are operating in 40+ states across the US today and eyeing international expansion opportunities. Lambda is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager B2B to collaborate with our Business Development and Growth teams to seek out hiring partners. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the partnership side of Lambda School
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Growth teams to develop marketing plans to support growth efforts.
• Provide marketing input - campaign strategies, promotional ideas, messaging, etc - for new product introductions and/or product enhancements.
• Provide ongoing reports and updates on the competitive landscape to feed our Strategic Partnerships team so they are up to date on the latest trends, information and new launches in the markets we serve.
• Provide support for B2B event marketing opportunities
• Manage and track digital marketing budget
• Collaborate, review and approve all digital marketing programs (Customer Relationship Manager Platform, Social, Content, SEM, SEO etc) executed by the digital marketing team and marketing materials as developed by the Marketing and Design teams.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to grow sales/revenue.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and align with performance unit reporting needs.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors in Marketing, business, communication, or related field or equivalent experience
• 7 years experience in SaaS, B2B or Business Channel marketing
• Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must have experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker and Excel
• Sales-minded, with sound understanding of enterprise marketing principles
• Goal focus with a strong bias toward action
• Data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others
• Excellent organization and time management
• Passion for Lambda School, its role improving people’s lives through education, and an interest in rethinking career development
