The Business Development team at Pinterest leads partnerships across a diverse set of companies globally. We bring inspiration to Pinners and we grow Businesses through strategic Partnerships. We are seeking an experienced leader to lead Business Development in Europe and work with a variety of partners across Pinterest products (Creators, Content, Ads, SMB, Shopping, Growth, Search etc). You'll be the first hire on this team in Europe and you will grow a team in the years to come. We need a hands-on leader who will be on the front lines in closing big, complex and strategic deals and managing those deals through product launches while being the primary contact for our partners at the highest level.

What you'll do :

• Understand, develop and influence Pinterest partnerships landscape in Europe
• Evaluate, negotiate and close strategic deals for Pinterest that significantly help scale user growth, engagement and revenue
• Develop scalable processes to evaluate and close partnerships, deal frameworks, support processes
• Build, foster and grow strategic partnerships for Pinterest in Europe
• Develop, establish and maintain impactful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders from C-suite to engineers and other key XFN decision-makers
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and leadership to deliver results

What we're looking for :

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Product Partnerships and/or Product Management at a large Tech platform
• Demonstrated knowledge of the European market
• Experience in Advertising and with E-Commerce platforms
• Experience in negotiating and closing complex, diverse, unique set of deals with top tech platforms and early-stage startups
• Consistent success of initiating, launching and scaling partner products and programs
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and executive presence
