We are currently seeking a Desktop Publishing Specialist to join our pitch and presentation support team who provide a dedicated service to ensure documents/presentations are highly professional, accurate and present a consistent J.P. Morgan format globally. You will be responsible for creating pitches, document and graphics in a fast paced environment where customer service and attention to detail is vital.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately creating or enhancing client pitch books and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and in-house software, within the allocated timeframe in line with specific formatting and layout standards
  • Advising bankers on layout, colours and design of pitch books and best output for print
  • Overseeing any discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriate guidance as directed (contact banker, front desk etc.)
  • Some advanced graphics/design work (such as client covers, client templates, e-invites, posters, etc.)
  • Utilizing internal workflow processing tool - locally, regionally and globally
  • Participating in global initiatives such as document audit process, systems testing, etc. and adhere to department and company procedures and policies
  • Working with global offshore teams and providing support as needed

To be successful, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Proven experience in desktop publishing, word processing, document formatting is essential
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe CC software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with solid written and verbally communications skills and the ability to articulate succinctly
  • Can do attitude, Strong time management skills and proven ability to effectively produce work and prioritise workload and meet demands in a high pressurized environment
  • Exceptional client focus and commitment to continuously improving client satisfaction and quality, productivity and timeliness of all GCFO services as well as his/her own work
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues
