  • Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying and managing risks.
  • Perform Root Cause analysis and develop recovery plans to bring shipments back in line with customer requirements
  • Develop and assimilate program information and run program review meetings
  • Proactively work with production control to monitor all parts to support on time deliveries to our customer.
  • Development and maintenance of the assigned materials metrics.
  • Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders.
  • Interface with scheduling, programs, planning, purchasing, logistics and quality to coordinate information flow and prioritize schedules.
  • Must be able to interpret, and act on conflicting or incomplete information in pursuit of an objective.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications:

  • An AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required OR
  • A Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Understanding of MRP, Microsoft Office Required
  • SAP software, APICS Preferred
  • Ability to multitask is essential
  • Coordinating and organization skill
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skill
  • Up to 5 % travel
