Be a key part in the reinvention of our Beaurepaires stores with Store Management positions across Melbourne

You will be leading and coaching a team to provide an outstanding customer experience, grow the business and engage with the local community across the metropolitan area of Melbourne.

Your day to day work will focus on the success of the store through managing activities such as:

• Business planning
• Team development and performance management
• Achieving store sales targets, servicing key clients and delighting customers
• Embedding a safety culture
• Providing advice on products and services
• Store presentation and housekeeping

What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for people with good retail and store management skills with an interest in automotive services. Some experience in the tyre, automotive, mechanical or similar industries would be beneficial, but is not essential.

• Experience in a high paced retail environment
• Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety
• A current valid driver’s license
