You will lead a team of data engineers and data scientists to solve some of the hardest business problems. To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate

Critical thinking Facts & Alternative based decisioning Growth mindset i.e. learning agility Hands on expertise on what it takes to build, deploy & scale ML/AI models in real-world.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire team members - operate as ONE Team and lead with Culture Code. Reduce complexity, unlock Marketing Full Potential and enable creative breakthrough. Leverage development programs to drive talent acquisition, retention and development. Cultivate an inclusive and diverse team
• CSB Modeling roadmap - partner with relevant stakeholders (e.g. field marketing) to build ML/AI capability roadmap grounded in business outcomes
• End to end implementation of roadmap - lead team of data scientist & engineers & partner with technology & MLOps teams to deliver roadmap on time - on quality - on cost
• Insights to Action - deliver insights to stakeholders (e. g. what campaigns are working vs not and why? What customer segments are we over targeting vs under & its impact to strategic priorities). The work does not stop at providing insights to stakeholder, it is step 1. You are expected to influence actions based on the insights
• Flawless operations - on time-on quality delivery of leads to field marketing for outbound plays

Essential Requirements

• Experience demonstrating critical thinking, facts & alternative based decisioning and growth mindset
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills; Proven virtual or physical leadership and project-management track-record
• Proven experience in driveling business outcomes in a matrix organization
• 6-10 years of hands on experience in Data science, AI, statistics or a related field dealing with large complex data sets

Desirable Requirements

Equally important to these specific skills are a candidate's ability to:

• Experience leading engineering and/or data science teams

Salary starting from: 4 000 EUR gross monthly
