About the role:

In this position, you will be a member of the Boston Scientific’s Watchman US Commercial Team supporting the launch of the first and only Left Atrial Appendage Closure Device with FDA approval for stroke risk reduction in non-valvular atrial fibrillation patients. This position will support the US sales team by managing a cross-divisional sales model initiative and providing strategic recommendations to the field and management. It is a highly visible role to senior leadership and requires a high level of business acumen, customer focus orientation, project management skills, cross divisional support, and analytical ability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead a cross-functional sales model initiative looking to leverage the cardiovascular sales force effectively.
• Execute the sales model initiative project plan.
• Finalize on account alignments and strategies on a quarterly basis.
• Help strategically align the sales organizations’ requirements in the development, coordination and on-going maintenance of the cross-divisional sales model.
• Manage development of account and rep selection process, training content and delivery, compensation strategy and modeling, performance metrics and reporting, internal / external communication plans and change management strategy.
• Provide key analytics to the Watchman management and sales team to help inform and develop field strategies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to implement sustainable, scalable solutions.
• Understand voice of business/users and understand business processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to identify and define a problem; collect and analyze data pertaining to it; evaluate current processes and procedures; prioritize current business needs; and collaborate to create solutions to meet these needs.

What we’re looking for in you:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of finance, sales support and/or related analytical work experience
• 1+ years of project or program management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, advanced skills with Access, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Focus in, Sales Operations, Marketing and/or Engineering functions preferred.
• Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales. Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
• Detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented individual that drives results
• Knowledge of WM, IC, and/or RMG businesses
• Medical device experience preferred
• Experience Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, or SAP
• Pricing, analytics and sales strategy experience
