Sommaire :

L’analyste à l’établissement des horaires est responsable de la planification des horaires du personnel selon les politiques, les normes et les exigences contractuelles applicables. Ses tâches comprennent aussi l’analyse des horaires, les recommandations de personnel, la production de rapports d’horaires et la présentation des rapports aux intervenants.

Responsabilités clés:

  • Assurer la création et l’optimisation régulière des horaires pour que les ressources soient réparties efficacement.
  • Fournir divers scénarios et recommandations d’horaires pour optimiser la gestion des horaires.
  • Vérifier l’intégrité des données du système de gestion de la main-d’œuvre.
  • Saisir et conserver les statistiques historiques et en faire état dans des rapports.
  • Créer les profils des nouveaux associés, consigner les demandes d’échange de quarts et les demandes de vacances.
  • Déterminer les besoins d’établissement d’horaires auprès de différentes équipes.
  • Établir et maintenir des canaux de communication pour s’assurer que les besoins en établissements d’horaires et en personnel sont comblés.
  • Faires des présentations variées sur la gestion de la main-d’œuvre, p. ex. la présentation des nouvelles embauches et la revue hebdomadaire des partenaires et des intervenants.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des prévisions pour s’assurer que l’offre suffit à la demande.

Veuillez noter que le titulaire de ce poste doit être disposé à travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine.

Compétences essentielles :

  • Au moins trois ans d’expérience en centre d’appels et une très bonne connaissance des principes de base de la gestion de la main-d’œuvre.
  • Connaissance de divers logiciels de prévision et d’établissement d’horaires.
  • Connaissance en distribution automatique d’appels et en acheminement d’appels.
  • Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et bon sens de l’organisation.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, à respecter les échéances et à être responsable de la performance.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou diplôme équivalent.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Excellente connaissance d’Excel.


Compétences souhaitées :

  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en centre d’appels.
  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme d’études collégiales.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Summary:

The Scheduling Analyst is responsible to plan, staff and schedule personnel resources according to applicable policies, standards and contract requirements. Other functions also include schedule analysis, staff recommendations, producing scheduling reports and presenting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure schedules are generated and optimized on a regular basis to maximize efficiency of resources
  • Provide various scheduling scenarios and recommendations to ensure optimal schedules efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity within WFM system
  • Capture, store and report on historical statistics
  • Provide and create New Hire and Department Shift and vacation Bids
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify scheduling requirements
  • Establish and maintain communication channels to ensure scheduling and resources are met.
  • Provide various WFM presentations such as new hire presentation and weekly partners and stakeholders review
  • Works closely with forecasting to ensure supply and demand are in line

Please note the position requires flexible availabilities on evenings and weekends

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ year experience within a call center environment; clear understanding of basic workforce management principles.
  • Knowledge of various forecasting / scheduling software
  • ACD / Call routing knowledge
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate on a team
  • Must possess the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be accountable for
    performance
  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ year experience within a call center environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
  • Fluent in French and English
