Job Description

The individual in this position will be the liaison between business stakeholders and dependent systems to elicit, analyze, communicate, prioritize, clarify, validate, and document technical data requirements for the new implementation of Financial Services Cloud, a Salesforce platform.

The Senior Business Analyst works independently with little to no guidance and is naturally inquisitive and adept in communication, elicitation, facilitation, and modeling techniques.

Individuals demonstrate a natural leadership ability in the business analysis discipline, mentor other business analysts, and apply their working knowledge of the company, industry, and/or business domain.
