What is the opportunity?

As part of a dynamic and evolving team, the Corporate and Investment Banking Recruiter will partner with Capital Markets leaders, people managers and HR Business Partners to deliver end to end recruitment solutions and establish a solid recruitment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for recruitment experts interested in making an impact in support of our talent strategy.

What will you do?

  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion
  • Directly source and identify best-qualified candidates and develop candidate pipelines
  • Coach managers on affirmative action & diverse hiring strategies
  • Source diverse candidates & leverage diverse candidate pipelines
  • Assist hiring managers with final candidate selection
  • Define open position requirements, and report on business vacancy requisitions
  • Support workforce planning initiatives, including internal mobility and referral programs
  • Establish and develop relationships with Global Recruiting partners and Business Leaders
  • Establish relationships with various agencies and third party vendors
    What do you need to succeed?
    Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Level or higher
  • Demonstrated strong experience in recruiting Financial Services for Corporate and Investment Banking professionals up to Managing Director level
    Other Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
  • Excellent creative thinking and writing proficiency
  • Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Sound business acumen and analytical skills
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency in addition to demonstrated attention to detail in prior roles
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact effectively up to the executive and director level
  • Outgoing with the ability to network effectively
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Financial Services recruitment and/or search firm industry experience
