Job Description
Role Summary:
Program Manager Technical Publications will lead both strategy and tactical execution all required technical documents which are used internally and by external customers for all AEO Product lines.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively manage external sources to implement AEO (Aeroderivative Engine Operation) technical documentation publishing and delivery plan
- Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization
- Priorities include:
- Simplification efforts
- and Development of one process that meets the needs of the GE Aviation, GE Power, BHGE and GE Aviation Marine
- Work closely with Product line, Engineering and customer facing functions to define business and customer requirements for proper on-going technical communications
- Collaborate with Product Lines to measure and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate and provide input into PCB and other cross-functional reviews
- Minimize costs associated with publication activities while insuring a satisfactory product and user experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management

- Knowledge of engine configurations and assembly materials processes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes
- Self-motivated, self-starter capable of remaining flexible to changing work priorities
