Job Description
This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing and business priorities across all TD Ameritrade Asia digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, 10+ Social Media accounts for multiple international entities. (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, etc.), programmatic advertising, and paid & organic search. This position will partner with multiple external agencies (e.g. Havas SG, Intertrend, and Neo) , as well as working with translation teams, compliance and internal business partners - to ensure marketing/business objectives are met in an accurate and compliant manner.

- 4 Year College Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ total Experience
- Fluent in both English and Chinese with strong translation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media & digital marketing best practices
- Familiarity with social media Business/Ad Managers
- Knowledge of emerging trends & technology
- Financial services experience preferred
- Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed

- Compile feedback from Marketing team members on proposed content from both internal and external creative partners to ensure that content/ads are in TDA’s tone of voice and aligns with creative in other marketing channels
- Work with translation team to ensure that content/ads are translated correctly for all intended regions/targets
- Assist with copy editing/writing functions as needed
- Assist with quality assurance of publishing efforts across all channels. Ensure content/ads are published as approved by compliance and paid media is set live with agreed upon budgets, targeting, flighting
- Liaison with Social Media Response Team to provide necessary up-dates and ensure preparedness for upcoming promotions and initiatives.
- Role will also monitor social media for key trends/themes we may want to consider responding to/activating around
- Assist with creative agencies & media partners for effective ongoing program execution. Requires frequent and effective communication.
- Responsible for compliance submissions of social/digital creative for Hong Kong, Singapore, US, and Mainland China
- Will have an important role in archiving approved/published content so that we can easily reference and answer any audit requests
- Assist with receiving the necessary approvals from Trader business partners
- Frequent communication with U.S. social media counterparts to leverage content being created for the U.S. handles and share key learnings
- Interpret data and performance findings to help Manager make decisions on strategies to optimize our programs
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports as needed
- Work with Havas/Intertrend/Neo to pull metrics for ad hoc reporting as needed
