As a DevOps Engineer at Mavenlink, you’ll be part of our hugely collaborative R&D unit supporting a growing team of engineers and a scaling product.. Goals and Responsibilities

Mavenlink’s product is changing the entire services industry and engineering has a front-row seat. While the development side grows, our operations team must keep up. Some of the areas of focus include:

• Integrating with developers to form a close relationship of empowerment and shared goals
• Increasing build and deploy efficiency by automating all the things!
• Manage CI/CD pipeline and administer cloud platform and usage as a means of empowering the development function

Your Profile
In a nutshell - you’re creative. Our unique environment means we’re looking for an adaptive individual. Rather than seek a silo’d SysOps engineer to move into our DevOps team, we’re looking for someone with a developer’s approach to operations. You consider yourself agnostic in OOP languages (or, maybe you’re a Rubyist!) and the administration of them. Automation is your middle name (okay, maybe it’s not your middle name, but you sure have a passion for evolving manual processes) and you would like to reinvigorate the deployment side with some fresh automation. A great addition would bring:

• 3+ years of experience across product development and operations
• Exposure and usage of new and common-place DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible, to name a few
• A strong desire to be part of a dynamic team of engineers at all levels
