Product Marketing Manager – Norway/Sweden

CDK Global is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with an interest in the Automotive Industry who can bring our Scandinavian business forward. We develop and sell IT solutions for the Automotive Industry and our main product, DRACAR+, is sold in a number of European countries.

You will be accountable for the markets Sweden and Norway and your time will be split equally between the two countries. Your base will be at the Sollentuna office in Sweden but you must be willing to travel in both Sweden and Norway.

You will be a part of the international product marketing team and report to a Danish manager. It is therefore important that you have the necessary skills to collaborate across countries in order to align strategies.

Your main focus for this position will be to understand the needs, requirements and opportunities in the marketplace representing our customers and importers. Keeping track of competitor activity, legal and fiscal requirements as well as market and technological trends. Moreover, you will be responsible for launch, adoption and overall success of DRACAR+ and the range of other international products CDK’s offers.

Your Key Duties:

• Define and execute on the market strategy
• Be responsible for the successful launch of products onto the Swedish and Norwegian markets, hereunder agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products
• Engage and align with business stakeholders to achieve product delivery plans – R&D, operations, finance, legal, security
• Be accountable for the performance of the portfolio to support in-market operational teams (sales, training, implementation and support)
• Accountable for product pricing
• Foster innovation in team, products and processes to meet the customer and future needs of the marketplace

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague with product marketing experience in a market-facing role, preferable in a technology/software environment. You are extrovert and have excellent people skills and can communicate on all levels both external and internal.

Requirements:

• Strategic-, marketing- and commercial experience
• Knowledge of product pricing in the technology/software sector
• Deep understanding of product marketing/management activities, processes and frameworks in a technology/software environment
• Experience of delivering products to revenue and profit success
• Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
• It is a must that you both understand Swedish or Norwegian and speak on of the two fluently. Proficient English is required as well
• Knowledge of the automotive business is preferred
