Why you want to work for our Assessment Services team:
The Assessment Services team is a unique department here at Accruent. They get the opportunity to travel to different work sites and assess a variety of different architectural buildings. The team members are highly collaborative to ensure our clients are prepared with detailed reports and analysis findings on their buildings. Come be part of a high functioning group that is constantly looking to make sure our clients and their buildings are mission ready.
Under limited supervision (training will be provided) the Building Condition Consultant is responsible for performing visual inspections and equipment inventory of facilities and related building systems and preparing detailed reports and analysis on their findings for client personnel.
This position requires upwards of 40 to 50% travel – on a national and occasionally an international basis. The work performed in the field and at client sites requires the ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds and to regularly climb ladders and stairs in order to assess the various building systems (including roofing systems).
This role will be working with multiple Accruent software products such as Vfa.facility, Kykloud, TMS, Verisae, etc. Accruent product lines include software applications that provide solutions for capital planning, facility and asset management.
This position reports directly to a Project Manager and will report to the Boston, MA Accruent office location. Ability to work from home for the right candidate.
