As a Senior Recruiter at SimpliSafe, you will partner with business stakeholders in our Product, Legal, Human Resources and Finance teams to attract and hire the best talent.

About the Role

• Own and operate the entire search lifecycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers on multiple functional teams and Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure a world-class candidate experience
• Be an ambassador for the SimpliSafe brand in the marketplace
• Drive an omni-channel brand and pipeline building strategy
• Leverage data and metrics to optimize our recruiting process and brand investments
• Consistently achieve hiring goals

About you

• 4+ years demonstrated cross-functional recruiting experience ideally a combination of agency and in-house
• Demonstrated success operating in a high growth, unstructured environment
• Experience proactively managing activity in an ATS
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently throughout the organization.
• Committed to quality of hire
