Product Manager - Vancouver We are looking for a Product Manager to direct, manage and innovate within our flagship product as a member of our product management team. Working with designers, engineers, and other product managers you will help deliver new features and functions that meet the needs of our customers. You don’t easily get flustered, and you can manage a complex task with lots of moving parts. You see communication as a vital part of the teams’ success, as well as have a strong quantitative focus. You know which tools to use to gather data and feedback, and the skills to make sense of it. Finally, you have a learning mindset and strong customer focus on continually surfacing and solving their root problems. The product team in Vancouver is responsible for Sparq, our global flagship customer insight platform. Sparq helps customer-centric brands from fortune 5,000 companies and more to engage directly with their customers to discover agile and actionable insights. Helping companies and organizations understand their customers better, with continuous, fast, and accurate data, that enables greater success in their everyday business decisions. Our product team loves to collaborate, talk with our customers, and relentless focus on maximizing value to fit our customers’ needs as quickly as possible.

What you are looking for:

• Executing product strategy, road mapping, and prioritization of tasks related to driving our core customer value.
• Working with our software development team to drive the product forward, taking cues from and relaying information and feedback from users to the rest of the company.
• Constantly collecting information and data from user behaviour to inform product direction and communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
• Innovating on the product and execute in-place initiatives to help expand sales and increase retention.
• Communicating roadmaps and metrics clearly to cross-functional teams to ensure quality collaboration on actionable items.

Required Skills & Experience:

• You are a collaborative team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• You are curious, and aren’t afraid to dive in to learn and try new things
• You have the grit to push through and the humility to adjust and listen to others
• Experienced working in an agile scrum software development environment
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• Experience of shipping at least one product from problem definition to development and launch
• You are self-organized and able to lead others through influence
• You have awareness of good design
• You understand how to thinly slice value and prioritize to maximize ROI.
