About the Job:

KeepTruckin is hiring a Business Development Manager focused on partner acquisition. This role will report directly to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a business development background and a proven track record of engaging at the CXO level. This person should demonstrate an ability to think strategically about partnerships, product, and technical challenges across a variety of verticals & customer segments. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the capacity to build and convey compelling value propositions to partners & customers. This is a tremendous opportunity to play a key role in KeepTruckin’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify and successfully convert green field partnership opportunities
  • Develop & present a mutually beneficial value proposition to the partner, secure commitments at the highest level of decision making and negotiate contract terms
  • Work closely with product, engineering, growth & strategy teams to ensure we’re sourcing partners
  • Outline and execute a strategy for inbound partner requests (including segmentation, prioritization and contractual elements with a focus on automation)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of business development experience with a history of consistent quota over-achievement
  • History of developing successful partner acquisition strategies
  • Experience concurrently managing multiple projects & stakeholders
  • Excels at time management and prioritizing top objectives
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level contacts
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audience
