DATA SCIENCE WORKSHOP LEADER [Contract position]Vision and Values:Galvanize is a dynamic learning community for technology. Galvanize campuses bring together entrepreneurs, students, investors, mentors, and great people and companies to develop the skills, mindset, and networks necessary to thrive in a technology driven world.The Data Science Workshop Leader teaches python introductory classes to prospective students of our Data Science Immersive. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of charisma and technical savvy. The DS Workshop Leader works on a contract and as needed basis, up to 5 hrs in a given week. What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging lectures on introductory python classes.
  

What we’re looking for:

• Familiarity with Python, Web Scraping, SQL, Data Analytics.
• Skilled and engaging facilitator / lecturer.
• Knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
• Passion for education and service.
• Outstanding follow-through.
• Available for evenings and weekends.
