We’re looking for our next teammate, a proven sales talent who has sold technology to fortunate 100 businesses. We are searching for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager who wants to work with a proven Enterprise book of business. As the client’s primary account liaison, you will coordinate with the end user and C-level marketing executives to plan, measure, and optimize their digital campaigns.
What you will do:
- Consult with our clients to understand their business goals and digital marketing program, and define strategy to deliver maximum value through the BrightEdge platform and partnership.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to confirm value delivery/ROI and uncover additional performance opportunities.
- Advise clients on anticipating future needs and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions that lead to retention.
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline for renewals.
- Collaborate effectively with dedicated Customer Success manager, other Enterprise team members and other BrightEdge stakeholders.
What it takes to be successful:
- 5-8 years of direct sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in an Account Management role focused primarily on retention and some upsell of existing, Enterprise-Level business.
- Experience managing a book of business, comprised of Enterprise-Level accounts and demonstrated success renewing existing customers and hitting quota.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from POC to Executives.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high cadence environment and have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in SaaS or MarTech is highly preferred.
- Some experience with SEO/Digital Marketing is a plus.
- You can work remotely or in a hybrid capacity if you live in the following locations: Chicago, IL., Cleveland, OH., Kansas City, KS., or Kansas City, MO.,
