Paycor’s Implementation Consultants are responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Paycor’s small market client base. Regardless of level, Implementation Consultants serve as the primary client contact to execute project tasks and ensure timely completion of key milestones. They’re responsible for providing consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements. Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients’ needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize Paycor’s software application to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention. - Coordinate the conversion of our client's to Paycor’s human capital product platform
- Project responsibilities will include identifying client policies, setting clear expectations and deliverables of the implementation process, completing pre implementation verification to ensure accuracy of converted date and communicate client needs to their dedicated support representative
- Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met
- Train new users on Paycor systems remotely through desktop connections
- Troubleshoot hardware and software system problems for clients
- Investigate, analyze and recommend solutions for client service issues and improved conversion processes
- Provide technical and payroll expertise to support the sales team on an as needed basis
- Perform assigned responsibilities relating to client service such as lost account management, proactive calls, banking issue resolution and client’s first payroll processing just to name a few
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience in a client service position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of payroll preferred; must demonstrate payroll knowledge through Paycor training and testing process
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
- Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively on project teams
