Hubspot’s Business Intelligence team is looking for a senior leader in their product management group. As this leader, you’ll drive the definition of business objectives, primary KPIs and develop our shared roadmap. Your customers are anyone at Hubspot who needs data to get their jobs done. You’ll be their voice, making their success the center of our strategy.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Own hiring, education and development of a high performing team
• Teach and encourage product management best practices
• Partner closely with all our internal stakeholders to understand what their needs are and how we collectively deliver business insight
• Tackle the difficult job of prioritizing across multiple stakeholder groups and managing expectations
• Work closely with world class developers and analysts to build a business intelligence platform that delivers much needed business insight
• Get to team with an experienced Data VP to build a world class solution

We are looking for people who:

• Have extensive experience leading a fast moving team of Product Managers
• Will lead a team of Product Managers through education and development to ensure success for our customer
• Can drive a continuous roadmapping process
• Understand how to create a backlog prioritized by ROI
• Want to deliver customer value daily
• Really get data warehousing and analytics
