We are a global finance team. Dell Finance department of 700+ people in Bratislava is a Center of Excellence, providing wide range of unique opportunities. Financial professionals in various finance teams such as FP&A, Accounting, Commercial finance, Tax, Audit, Sales Compensation Planning, Treasury and Financial Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales operational support via execution of the proper price concession validation (Sell out promotion, Volume Grid, Price protections, Bid from Stock) and ensure the proper communication back to Distributor on the validation results, ensure the credit note creation
• Properly manage the queue of all received new claims and on the disputes received, ensure that claim validation is done within SLA
• Collaborate with wider cross-functional teams on Distributor query resolutions and ensure SLA of query/dispute closure
• Deliver positive customer experience through white glove approach through collaboration with the broader Channel Operations teams, Finance and Merchandisers team to effectively manage existing and new processes and tools in a consistent manner while driving process improvements
• Deal with queries from internal/external customers in a timely manner and ensure that all the documentation is properly updated and archived

Essential Requirements

• University graduation, preferably in Finance and 1-2 years of experience, ideally in Finance
• Possess strong analytical skills with business and finance acumen
• Structured, Self-motivated, Reliable and independent. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for winning. Excellent negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities
• Ability to deliver quality results under stress and deadline, result oriented with a drive for excellence qualities in an ambiguous environment
• Fluent in English (written & oral); strong communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• German or French language is advantage

Salary starting from: 1 200 EUR monthly gross
