PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Innovative Business Solution Organization is a Global Organization dedicated to delivering innovative custom solutions to meet our customers’ unique business process needs.

We deliver a full lifecycle of Innovative Business Solutions – from strategic planning, risk assessment, development, and quality assurance to maintenance. With development centers in the United States, Canada, Germany, India, China, and Japan, we leverage a global delivery model that utilizes the specific strengths of each location. To ensure excellence in execution, all development is delivered by following our solidly defined methodology.

The SAP Innovative Business Solution Organization helps customers maximize the value of their technology investments and can ultimately help enhance their competitive advantage. The Engineering team within SAP Innovative Business Solution is chartered with executing Innovative Business Solution Projects and related services, where success is measured by effectively leveraging our ability to deliver those projects on-time, on-budget and with superior quality

EDUCATION

B.Tech / M.Tech with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT/NIT/any Premium Institute

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

12+ years of relevant industry experience with minimum of 5 years of SAP project management experience in developing business software solutions and support

Industry experience in the area of

• Deliverying projects On-Cloud
• Public Services
• Discrete Manufacturing
• Logistics & Supply Chain
• SAP CX

Experience in project setup, project planning, project monitoring/control and project closure tasks On-Site

Exposure to various SAP methodologies for software project management(e.g Agile , Waterfall,SAP Activate etc)

Risk Identification & Mitigation skills

Business acumen, creativity and drive for results

Excellent spoken and written communication / articulation skills

Ability to work with senior leaders within SAP IBS organization and at the customer

Experience in leading / managing a team of people
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Act as a single point owner for topics related to delivery of assigned project, onsite presence

Manage E2E project financials(costs, revenue and profitability)

Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, in Quality delivery of the projects assigned

Effective Scope management of customer requirements and expectations

Manage escalations related to project execution / delivery

Manage stakeholder relations within SAP IBS and SAP Digital Business Services,Market units, IBUs and Development LOB

Work with the Regional Market Engagement teams to generate opportunities and convert them into IDPs

Ensure adherence of SAP IBS Delivery Methodology

Manage change on projects by analyzing and actioning the impact of any new requirements

Risk Review and Management Reporting of Projects

Coaching & Mentoring of team members assigned to the projects, including taking care of their work-life balance needs and motivational requirements – manage project related attritions or motivation issues

Participate in tuimely Performance feedback of the team members and their development needs
