On this role, you will be embedded in the France Sales Organization in Paris. You will use your strong IT and analytical skills and your business understanding to manage and improve the performance of our salesforce.

This role offers ample opportunities to contribute to the business in a very visible way, and to become a Salesforce.com expert. You act as a consultant with the business teams in the headquarters and on the field.

• You will be the expert of the Salesforce.com data model, master data and KPI reporting for France.
• As the owner of KPI reporting for the organization, you will build up deep understanding of the critical metrics and the related business processes. You will also be source of proposals on improvements to existing solutions and processes overall.
• You will build up deep knowledge of the data model and the business context. You will organize and orchestrate the process for Master Data gathering from the various business owners. You will participate to key business meetings in order to gather the objectives and key data which need to be set in the system. You will train the data owners to provide the data in the right and timely manner. You will receive support from the IT team to orchestrate the quarterly Master Data updates.

You are a good fit if...

• You are graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering / Business school, or University, within IT or any related field, with a maximum of 3 years of experience
• You have strong IT skills as well as analytical skills
• You have the passion to transform how the business runs through technology
• You demonstrate solid leadership skills and are able to work autonomously as well as in a team
• You are organized and know how to prioritize
• You are fluent in both French and English
