Description
� To work with other Service Engineer as a proficient CTS team � Poses the technical specialty in some product lines and able to instruct other engineers� work. Also able to complete complicated service calls and service assignments independently � To provide instrument installation, maintenance, modification, repair, checkup and training activities on the customer site, service workshop or exhibitions � To sell service contract and other service products in the area � To provide high quality service to Beckman Coulter users and achieve customer satisfaction and optimal service quality � To provide supports to inter-company groups like attending seminar, user training, sales demo and exhibition � To assist conducting training on his experience products � To maintain his own tools, carried service parts and technical information in good conditions � To fill-in and submit the field service reports, expense report, trip report and work report timely � To answer customer inquiries Job Requirements
Qualifications
� Serves as a resource for work unit � Keeps projects or critical tasks moving when delays or problems occur, referring more complex issues to supervisor for resolution � Gathers and shares accurate and complete information/ideas within the work unit using courtesy, tact and correct grammar � Communicates effectively by reading, understanding and creating simple memos and messages � Understands measures of own work quality and connection to work unit�s objectives and goals � Learns the steps in the department�s business process and can trace connection from department to the company customer � Builds solid working relationships that enhance collaboration and cooperation with others � Aware of and utilizes other team members� areas of expertise � Uses understanding of the customer�s needs to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements � With supervisor approval, seeks ways to increase customer satisfaction � Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
