Title: Ariba Network Partnerships Support Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an individual to support our Ariba Network Partnerships which include multiple Bank Partnerships across the globe (currently three and growing). This individual will be asked to:

• Contribute to the overall success of our Network Partnerships
• Project manage certain aspects of each partnership. This may include setting up the project management structure for each partnership, helping the Partner Managers track progress against deliverables and collecting inputs from the cross-functional team to compile regular status updates
• Support the Partner Manager of each partnership drive key projects
• Program Manage the overall Partner Management program, working with the Regional Partner Managers to develop and codify the program
• Support the Global Vice President in producing regular Executive updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years post-undergrad experience, preferably in a partner management, customer management, or other project management role that is partner/customer facing
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience project managing an initiative
• Experience synthesizing information into insights, takeaways, and executive level updates
• General manager mindset / Think like an owner
• Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other collaboration / productivity tools
